Meet Robyn.

Because your emotional life matters.

Ready to feel less triggered and more in charge of yourself?

You’re in the right place.

Imagine feeling so profoundly understood that you can stop scrolling for a lifeline when you’re stressed. You have built-in time to talk about everything going on at work and at home. We get to your early years too. We find patterns and see what stories need telling - or retelling. I help you verbalize the confusing emotional aspects of your life that keep you up at night. And you get a thoughtful, compassionate response that actually helps you move forward.

Picture yourself riding life’s emotional waves instead of wiping out. Your reactions feel less intense. Words come more easily. You have a clearer sense of how you feel. And that helps you know what to do. One session at a time, this is what therapy can do for you.

Of all the supports in my life therapy has been the most transformative.

I’m a self-help junkie too. I love a good podcast, a great workout, and time outdoors can be seriously restorative. But as a therapist and patient, I know there’s no replacement for one on one help.

For fifteen years I’ve helped women who “don’t need therapy” grow more comfortable in their skin than they ever thought they could be. My practice began in Manhattan and expanded to Westchester. I transitioned to a remote model a few years before COVID, when I moved to northern Westchester with my husband and kids.

Skeptical at first, I’ve come to love working remotely. It provides just enough distance to see my patients really clearly.

Clients describe me as a relatable, reliable professional .

Classical training

I spent three years (after graduate school) learning how to listen deeply, when to speak, and what to say.

Modern sensibility

Sessions feel conversational and I offer practical suggestions and referrals when needed.

Holistic approach

Nutrition and movement are integral to emotional well-being. I support your work with other practitioners.

Lifelong learning

Study groups and personal therapy are essential parts of my regular routine.
